Employer Branding Team is responsible for development and support of employer branding activities with regards to recruitment in the company as well as internal communications and support of internal activities.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-level internal communications ranging from emails to speeches
- Edit a vast range of internal and external texts for clarity, precision, and cohesion to company style
- Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to generate creative concepts for both internal and external advertising campaigns on diverse platforms
- Craft copy for recruitment campaigns across Luxoft locations
- Help drive internal community-building campaigns by writing copy for the internal social media platform and coming up with promos for numerous varied efforts
