You can back up your iPhone, then restore all your data, through iTunes, iCloud, Finder, or Google One. Here’s how.
There are two ways to back up and restore your iPhone: using iCloud or using iTunes.
iCloud Backup:

- Tap Back Up Now.
To restore your iPhone from an iCloud backup:
- Turn on your iPhone and follow the on-screen setup instructions until you reach the “Apps & Data” screen.
- Tap Restore from iCloud Backup.
- Sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID and password.
- Choose the backup that you want to restore.
iTunes Backup:
- Connect your iPhone to your computer using the included USB cable.
- Open iTunes on your computer.
- Click on the iPhone icon in iTunes.
- Click on the Backup button in the Summary tab.
- Click on the Backup Now button.
To restore your iPhone from an iTunes backup:
- Connect your iPhone to your computer using the included USB cable.
- Open iTunes on your computer.
- Click on the iPhone icon in iTunes.
- Click on the Restore Backup button in the Summary tab.
- Select the backup you want to restore from the list of available backups.
Please note that restoring from a backup will overwrite all the data currently on your iPhone with the data from the backup. So, it’s always a good idea to make a backup before restoring your iPhone.
