Since our founding in 2017, we have been dedicated to delivering holistic Allied Health Services that support the physical, psychological, and social well-being of individuals across various community settings, hospitals, and aged care facilities. Our multidisciplinary team is driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients through tailored, client-centered care.

With a team of over 70 highly experienced allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Chiropractors, we provide services that span six key allied health sectors: aged care, home care, allied health clinics, workplace health, consulting, and in-hospital support. Our approach prioritizes comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes.

We are committed to empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to maintain independence, improve skills, and participate in activities that matter to them. Our Intrinsic Aged Care services focus on enhancing quality of life and managing risks such as falls and pressure injuries. Intrinsic at Home allows clients to receive care comfortably within their homes, supporting continued independence. Our in-hospital services provide flexible, highly qualified allied health staff to hospitals on temporary or permanent bases.

Beyond individual care, our Intrinsic Consulting team works with organizations across health, aged care, education, retail, mining, manufacturing, and professional services to develop tailored solutions that improve operational outcomes. Intrinsic at Work supports employee wellbeing and performance through customized allied health services, emphasizing workplace health promotion.

As a registered NDIS provider with an approved registration covering multiple support categories including Therapeutic Supports and Early Childhood Supports, we continue to grow with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
