We recognized early that there was something broken about the way the world was working. With rushed deadlines, ASAP, and the bottom line over all mentality, leading to unhappiness amongst the team. We’re trying to do it a little differently, to build and organize the company around calmness and rationale.
We have a rhythm to our work and a very low turnover rate — we have yet to have a single team member opt-out.

It took us three months from the day that we first shipped to become profitable, and have maintained profitable growth to this day. We hit our first $1M ARR at the end of our first month in business.
As a people-first company, we understood from day one the importance of being fully distributed / remote. We support each team member working in the manner that helps them perform their best.
