Our headquarters are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically Fremont, California, where we lead innovation in intelligent solar tracking solutions. We have expanded globally with multiple offices in the United States, India, China, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and Spain, reinforcing our commitment to deliver advanced solar solutions worldwide.
Since our inception, we have made strategic acquisitions to strengthen our technology, such as BrightBox Technologies, which enabled us to develop and launch TrueCapture—oursmart tracker control system. TrueCapture uses predictive modeling and machine learning to continuously adjust tracking algorithms based on site and weather conditions, realizing 2% to 6% extra energy gains for our clients.
With a manufacturing capacity supporting up to 50 GW of annual shipments and expanding production lines across several U.S. states, Nextracker stands as a leading force in solar tracker manufacturing. Our commitment to innovation and customer success is reflected in our public listing on Nasdaq under the symbol NXT since February 2023.
