I have years of experience in customer service through the nail industry. I was a nail technician for over 5 years and had even grown into a Managerial position for 3 years. I have plenty of experience scheduling clientele over the phone, through messaging apps, and email; I have experience with disgruntled clients through the phone and in person. I have recently branched out into the laboratory setting where my communication via writing has strengthened, my Microsoft skills have strengthened, and my detail to written data has strengthened as well.
