Sales Development Rep

This role actively supports the implementation of recreational programs and activities within a park setting. The responsibilities include assisting in the planning, organizing, and execution of various recreational events and initiatives for park visitors. The primary objective is to create a positive and engaging environment for participants while ensuring their safety during activities and providing excellent customer service.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a passion for promoting recreation and wellness, are crucial for success in this role. The implementation of innovative tools like RecDesk and Sling has significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. RecDesk is a cutting-edge technology platform that enables seamless event management, participant registration, and resource allocation. Leveraging this software has resulted in a streamlined and well-organized recreational experience for our visitors.

Performed a variety of manual labor tasks, such as mowing lawns, planting flowers, trimming trees and shrubs, removing debris, and ballfield maintenance. Assisted with the setup and breakdown of park equipment and facilities for events and activities. Worked outdoors in various weather conditions and collaborating with other park staff to provide a positive experience for park visitors.

Perform routine work assisting in the operation and maintenance of parks and recreational facilities. Duties include light manual and clerical work relating to revenue collection, general park maintenance and control of assigned areas. Under supervision, plans and implements a broad variety of recreational programs and park activities and services to meet the various needs of the public.
