Having worked in the insurance field for the last 5 years, I have gained extensive knowledge in the claims sector. Having been both a processor for auto liability claims and later an adjuster; I have experienced a plethora of claims situations. I excel in customer service and conflict resolution.

My work in claims management for a third party administrator has opened up new skills. I have skills in quality assurance, management, team leadership, and training.

It also enhanced my time management, customer service, adaptability, efficiency, and accuracy.

Before claims I worked in the banking industry for about 3-4 years. I gained knowledge in sales, money management, and compliance.

As of 2022 I also began my own small business selling anime clothing for women. Being a small business owner I am learning marketing, web design, and Canva design. I am learning how to create and maintain a brand.
