E-commerce specialist

My name is Jessica Lind and I a Digital marketing- and E-commerce specialist and web designer from Sweden. As a person, I am extremely versatile and adapt easily to new situations. Learning new things in different fields is a huge passion of mine. I always aim for the highest level of perfection from every angle in everything I do, I fulfill all commitments wholeheartedly and I always go the extra mile.
The ability to organize and structure are other qualities of mine that I value.

In 2020 I started my own beauty salon in Linköping, which immediately became extremely popular. I did all the salon’s purchases, sales, recruitment, designed the website, managed customer support, administration and marketing, designed the logo and did all customer care. However, my back, that has an injury from when I fell of a roof, couldn’t handle the stress of the treatments, so while my back rested, I developed a web shop with organic skin care, hair care, perfume and makeup, items for babies and children as well as wedding clothes, jewellery, pet supply, designer clothes and leisure items. At the same time, I furthered my education in marketing, PPC, SEO, etc.

Useful experiences I have gained through my company are, for example, relationship management both with companies and private individuals, booking systems, accounting, finance, recruitment, leadership skills, personnel management, data analysis and so on. And through the large number of customers, I have had at my beauty salon, I have gained a great insight into the thoughts, wishes and preferences of different age groups and nationalities.
As a colleague, I have been told that I spread joy by being happy and positive myself in all situations, and I have happily noticed countless times that I do have that talent. I have a great sense of humour and a big heart with room for everyone I meet and also sensitivity and courtesy. I think it’s important to see obstacles as opportunities and to keep your spirits up in all situations.
