Coordinator

● Lead a team of production assistants, delegated tasks and planned to ensure that each shoot location was prepared for crew arrival and remained fully operational until wrap.
● Collaborated with heads of each department on set to ensure everyone had enough assistance to get work done efficiently.
● Positive interactions with talent, principal and background, responsible for coordinating schedules and establishing routines to get people on set, on time, ready to shoot.
● Remained adaptable to the complex, real-world problem-solving that comes with shooting at a different location every day.

● Daily point-of-contact for producers from multiple shows, assembling kits tailored to productions needs and making sure those kits arrive on set, anywhere from LA to Europe, ahead of time and return to the office just as efficiently
● Asset management, responsible for acquiring and maintaining media, props and paperwork in the office, making sure it is properly stored and easily accessible to whoever needs it
● Constant communication with PAs and Producers to make sure they understand their on-set duties and have the tools and resources to do their job effectively

● Produced daily weather, financial and sports reports
● Liaison between on-air talent and field reporters, making sure live reports got on air on time
● News gatherer, responsible for keeping an eye on the wires, local and national news station as well as staying glued to social media to keep producers and editors up to date on what is trending and what news is breaking in real time

● Responsible for curation of playlists from all genres of music for a multitude of network television clients
● In charge of upkeep of Sonic Librarian’s website. Updating the front end to appeal to new clients as well as updating the backend, making sure music is properly uploaded, metadata correctly applied and allowing everyone easy access
