Enterprise Solutions and Software Architect | Senior Software Engineer

I serve as a core member of the Architecture Team in the IT & Operations Department, leading architecture for mission-critical airline systems. I define high-level architecture for cross-functional enterprise projects and align technical direction with business strategy, operational continuity, and regulatory requirements.

I design hybrid Azure and on-premises platforms, promote event-driven and queue-based integration patterns, and guide reusable secure architecture. I also support technical leadership, architecture governance, CI/CD automation, integration troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational lifecycle management.

I designed software architecture solutions for Azure-hosted, on-premises, and hybrid environments within the IT Department CTO Office. I created high-level design documents and led modernization, migration, conversion, and upgrade strategies for enterprise municipal systems.

I provided architectural assessments for outsourced and in-house initiatives, established open-source software governance, and improved integration through API and messaging patterns. I also evaluated technologies including Confluent Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure AI Language, OpenAI, and Ollama.

I contributed to the design and development of a cloud-based cybersecurity training platform and marketplace built with domain-driven microservices architecture. I developed scalable .NET Core Web API backend services and responsive Angular user interfaces.

I implemented asynchronous event-driven communication using RabbitMQ and Kafka, containerized services with Docker, and supported cloud-agnostic deployments across AWS and on-premises Kubernetes. I also contributed to distributed environment operations, platform reliability, and cloud-native infrastructure support.

I led architecture and technical strategy for EU Horizon-funded projects, delivering cloud-agnostic microservices-based knowledge management platforms for research collaboration, data integration, and knowledge valorization. I coordinated integration with consortium partners and supported interoperability, security, compliance, and FAIR data principles.

I designed modular Web API services, secure SSO, Angular and .NET single-page applications, and deployments across AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Docker, and Kubernetes. I also contributed to GitLab and Azure DevOps CI/CD architecture, production support, monitoring, modernization, and release automation.

I provided hands-on technical leadership for software design, implementation, integration, mentoring, troubleshooting, and production support. I led development of a web-based call-center sales platform, a customer information portal, document-editing and digital-signing solutions, and a dynamic rule-based questionnaire system.

I developed ASP.NET MVC5, Web API, WCF, Bootstrap, Kendo UI, CSS3, and JavaScript applications. I integrated SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, and Active Directory, while helping automate builds, testing, and deployments through TFS CI pipelines.

I developed mission-critical Windows client/server applications for C4I systems using WCF and MSMQ. My work supported real-time security operations and secure communications in defense-grade environments.

I built system simulators and configuration tools, integrated third-party hardware and software drivers, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on software and hardware integration. I also created custom installers and deployment packages for field and laboratory environments.

I worked as a System Integrator, supporting the integration of systems and components in a technical environment.
