About

Professional summary

I am a results-driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Lead System Architect, and Chief Technology Officer with more than seven years of dedicated full-stack development experience and a technical background dating back to 2011.

I architect, build, scale, and maintain high-performance web, mobile, e-commerce, booking, VTU, and real-time backend platforms. My work spans product execution, system architecture, engineering leadership, and delivery of customer-facing digital products.

My core expertise includes JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PHP, Laravel, Flutter, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven systems. I design modular, secure, and scalable applications using microservices and API gateway patterns.

I have served as CTO and lead architect for platforms including Shortlet Africa, GWC Tech Hub, Hubli NG, GWC Pay, Easy Foods, BooBoo Rides, and BooBoo Eats. I lead cross-functional engineering teams, establish code-quality standards, support cloud deployments, and mentor developers.

I have delivered systems for shortlet reservations, e-commerce, utility payments, food delivery, ride hailing, laundry management, and estate monitoring. I focus on reliable real-time experiences, secure payment flows, operational efficiency, and responsive user experiences.

Career history

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Shortlet Africa

I spearhead end-to-end engineering and product execution for the Shortlet Africa web platform, which supports apartment reservations, host management, and calendar availability synchronization.

I architected a modular React frontend with Laravel REST APIs, third-party payment gateway integrations, real-time booking updates, and multi-currency transactions. I also optimize asset delivery, API caching, and server-side rendered routes to improve page performance and mobile responsiveness.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) GWC Tech Hub

I lead cross-functional engineering teams building Hubli NG, an e-commerce platform for technology gadget sales, merchant management, inventory tracking, and dynamic checkout workflows.

I directed the design and backend architecture for GWC Pay, a VTU application that processes airtime, data, electricity, and cable bill payments through real-time API integrations and wallet ledgers. I oversee engineering standards, uptime, cloud deployments, security compliance, and developer mentoring.

Lead System Architect & Senior Full-Stack Engineer Easy Foods, BooBoo Rides & BooBoo Eats

I serve as Lead System Architect and Senior Full-Stack Engineer across Easy Foods, BooBoo Rides, and BooBoo Eats. I provide architecture and full-stack delivery for multi-vendor food ordering, logistics, ride-hailing, and delivery products.

My work includes real-time order tracking, delivery dispatching, merchant and catalog management, secure payment processing, dynamic pricing, live GPS coordinate streaming, payout systems, and customer and driver portals.

Lead Developer & Head Tutor Des & Dev Ltd.

I served as Lead Developer on multiple government projects, building software solutions with Laravel, MySQL, and JavaScript frameworks.

As Head Tutor, I taught coding, application development, office suite applications, and a range of technology stacks. I supported learners through practical technical training and development mentorship.

Lead Developer Solec Netlinks Nig. Ltd

I progressed from Data Entry through Business Manager, Q&A, and Quality Control responsibilities before becoming Lead Developer.

This progression gave me a broad foundation in business operations, data handling, quality assurance, process control, and software development leadership.
