IT Technician

I am an Information Technology professional with experience in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, software installation, operating system configuration, and network support. I have worked in educational institutions, supporting users and maintaining technology environments.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computing and am currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Strategic IT Management. My academic background is complemented by technical training in Information Technology and continuing education in data, security, systems development, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

In my previous role as an IT Technician, I provided preventive and corrective maintenance for hardware and software, resolved operating system and network issues, installed drivers and applications, and prepared technical documentation and activity reports.

I currently work as a Technical Instructor, developing systems and artificial intelligence applications for high school classes. This role allows me to combine technical knowledge with education and practical software development.

I am interested in IT opportunities where I can contribute my technical support, systems development, infrastructure, data, and information security knowledge. I am committed to continuous learning and keeping up with new technologies and best practices.
