I monitor the recording and archiving of communication channels, including Teams Voice and IM, Cisco Jabber, email, and SMS, ensuring compliance with Swiss FINMA regulatory requirements. I manage the Record Keeping roadmap for Switzerland in coordination with group project teams.

I supervise migration projects for NICE, Verba, and Enterprise Vault recording platforms, lead technical sprints for automated Power BI controls, and manage the product backlog for continuous improvement. I facilitate governance committees, contribute to RFP and budget processes, oversee daily data-retention controls and KPIs, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Colt, and Swisscom teams.

I managed the migration of 5,000 users from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams across Europe, Asia, and America. I also led the migration and deployment of Audiocodes SBC from on-premises infrastructure to AWS.

I deployed a complete AWS-based VoIP infrastructure, including IPBX migration, integrated CyberArk for IAM and privileged-account protection, and deployed KURMI provisioning in a hybrid Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Mitel environment. I managed risks, incidents, schedules, and budgets throughout delivery.

I validated project scopes against commercial offers for Business Talk IP services and led internal and external project kick-off meetings. I planned engineering operations and resources while accounting for logistical constraints.

I supervised SIP Trunk deployment and integration across ALE, Mitel MiVoice, and Cisco CUCM IPBX environments using PMI methodologies. I managed operations against milestones, coordinated testing and client acceptance, closed projects, and transitioned delivered services to Orange support teams.

I defined migration scenarios for ToIP systems and deployed CUCM infrastructure for multisite enterprise IP telephony management. I also delivered LAN optimization and network-security projects for SCT Telecom clients.

I established security procedures for migrated infrastructures, produced PMI/PMP-compliant project documentation, and managed T0/T2 to SIP Trunk migration projects for the SCT Telecom client portfolio.

I conducted preliminary studies, deployed client network architectures, and managed production implementation for ADSL and MPLS environments. I responded to telecommunications tenders and validated ATM, IP, and VoIP architecture solutions.

I planned ADSL unbundling and WiMAX integration projects for the CAMTEL operator and managed remote-site interconnection through IPsec and IP/MPLS VPN links. I supervised a five-person technical team and oversaw customer troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, data center, and wireless environments.

I administered Cisco network equipment, including Catalyst switches and routers, and qualified LAN and WAN architectures in proof-of-concept environments. My work covered VoIP, SIP trunking, Cisco Call Manager, Oracle SBC, Softswitch, SIP Load Balancers, Media Gateways, and Signaling Gateways.

I secured network infrastructure through advanced security policies, prepared low-level design and configuration documentation, and deployed Cisco Call Manager 6.0 IP telephony solutions. I also contributed to network redundancy projects for SFR sites using Cisco Catalyst switches and call servers.

I provided Level 2 and Level 3 support for Cisco and heterogeneous LAN/WAN environments, monitoring and resolving incidents for national and international clients in line with SLAs. I installed, configured, administered, and troubleshot Cisco switches, routers, and PIX firewalls.

I planned remote-site maintenance and testing, collaborated with network architecture teams on documentation, and applied ITIL service-management and continuity processes. I also delivered MPLS deployment projects for Saint-Gobain sites, coordinating stakeholders, risks, schedules, deliverables, and deployment reports.
