Software Quality Assurance Analyst

I am a Software Quality Assurance Analyst with four years of experience in software testing and quality management for web and mobile applications.

I plan and execute manual functional, regression, and exploratory tests, create test cases and BDD scenarios, and perform cross-browser and multi-device validation. I focus on identifying defects early and improving product reliability before release.

I work closely with Product, Development, and Business teams in Agile environments. I support defect prioritization, communicate validation results clearly, and maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

I have basic hands-on knowledge of Cypress for web test automation, Postman and Swagger for API testing, and SQL for data queries and validation. I also use Git and several issue-tracking and collaboration tools.

I have contributed to QA process standardization through testing checklists, documentation, reports, and quality monitoring. In a high-pressure regression cycle, I executed 800 regression tests in 20 days, helping detect defects early and reduce production risks.
