Senior Software Testing Engineer

I analyze requirements and user stories to identify test conditions, coverage needs, dependencies, and quality risks. I plan testing using a risk-based approach and design and maintain test cases, test sets, and test executions.

I perform exploratory, functional, regression, integration, UI, API, database, smoke, and sanity testing. I use SQL for backend data validation and defect investigation, manage work in Azure DevOps, collaborate with Product Owners and developers, and use AI-assisted tools to improve QA productivity.

I tested pharmacy claim imports within a 340B platform, validating patient, provider, drug, pricing, and claim data across multiple claim types. I validated configurable claim-processing rules, including automated approval and rejection scenarios.

I designed test cases and checklists for functional, API, integration, regression, and UAT testing. I used SQL and Swagger to validate data and APIs, tested TPA and Covered Entity workflows, reports, dashboards, invoices, QuickBooks exports, and email and fax integrations, and supported deployment and release validation through Azure DevOps pipelines.

I designed and executed test cases and checklists for web application features and UI workflows. I performed functional testing and documented defects for investigation and resolution.

I conducted accessibility testing with the JAWS screen reader, cross-browser testing across supported environments, and localization testing. I verified fixes through retesting and collaborated with the team to maintain product quality.

I led a team of nine QA Engineers, coordinating testing activities, workload, capacity, and availability. I mentored engineers through one-to-one meetings and technical guidance and participated in interviews and candidate evaluation.

I worked with business stakeholders and Product Owners to support delivery priorities. I introduced test case management in Jira for structured QA activities and performed API and UI testing for loan origination systems alongside leadership responsibilities.
