Aspiring Civil Engineer and Technical Project Coordinator

I am an aspiring Civil Engineer and technical project coordinator with practical experience supporting construction projects in Zimbabwe. I combine structural design knowledge, architectural planning, site oversight, and project coordination to help deliver accurate and efficient building work.

I create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and structural layouts for residential and commercial developments. I use CAD and BIM software to translate project requirements into clear technical drawings and material documentation.

I have experience with construction site supervision, material quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities preparation, roofing and timber estimates, site staging, and progress inspections. I work carefully to support compliance with design specifications, local council regulations, building by-laws, and quality standards.

I also apply IT knowledge, software fundamentals, web development concepts, and low-code systems to improve operational workflows. I can help track project milestones, material inventory, and subcontractor tasks in an organized way.
