Entry-Level Technical Support and Virtual Assistant

I am a graduating Computer Engineering student with a strong foundation in software development, database systems, technical documentation, and computer vision research. I am seeking an entry-level non-voice support, virtual assistant, online tutoring, or technology-focused role where I can apply my communication and problem-solving abilities.

I communicate clearly in written and spoken English and can explain technical concepts in a patient, step-by-step manner. I am comfortable supporting learners and users who need help understanding programming, computer concepts, or technical processes.

I have hands-on experience developing software projects using Java, JavaFX, MySQL, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React. My academic work includes building a role-based hardware store point-of-sale system with product, cart, checkout, transaction, and receipt features.

My thesis research focuses on computer vision for mango defect detection using YOLO and Roboflow. I have prepared and reviewed annotated datasets, trained and evaluated models, troubleshot technical issues, and created research documentation.

I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. As a performer scholar, research presenter, choir member, and musician, I have developed discipline, teamwork, time management, and commitment.
