Led audit teams of 10 to 18 members on real estate, FMCG, and renewable energy engagements with client revenue exceeding VND 1,000 billion. Finalized statutory and group financial statements.

Performed buy-side financial due diligence for a commercial bank acquisition, assessing business drivers, maintainable profits, cash flows, and financial risks. Reviewed accounting systems, internal controls, IT general controls, and application controls.

Supervised and mentored audit associates while reviewing financial statements and consolidated financial statements prepared under VAS and IFRS for clients across diverse industries.

Analyzed financial fluctuations, identified business-process risks, and delivered practical recommendations to clients. Received an Exceed Expectation performance rating in 2019 and the CLEARR Team quality award in 2020.
