Senior Software Engineer | AI, NLP, LLM, RAG, and Full Stack Development

I build healthcare and life-sciences AI solutions and modernize legacy business systems. My work includes a five-service pharmacovigilance platform that mines public Reddit content to identify potential adverse drug events using Python NLP, medical-term matching, and sentiment analysis.

I built IntelliCare, a clinical decision-support platform, as four FastAPI microservices with a React 19 frontend, PostgreSQL, and pgvector. The platform routes AI tasks through dedicated agents on Argo for OCR, document classification, fact extraction, clinical summaries, risk analysis, care-gap analysis, guideline Q&A, and patient-specific copilot responses.

I also upgrade and migrate older PHP and .NET applications to modern stacks including PHP 8.2, .NET Core 9, Azure App Service, Azure WebJobs, Docker, and current frontend technologies.

I developed ERP modules for HR, resource planning, and CRM systems. I worked on both backend and frontend implementation using Laravel, Angular, REST APIs, and MySQL.

My responsibilities included building business modules, integrating application workflows, and supporting enterprise system functionality.

I developed accounting and tax software for Australian clients from end to end. I built Yii2 backend applications, REST APIs, and a companion Android application.

I worked with PHP, Yii2, MySQL, and Android to deliver functional financial software workflows and client-facing product features.

I worked on MoneyNetInt, a regulated fintech platform for international payments and business currency exchange. I contributed to application development using PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.

My work supported platform functionality for financial transactions and business currency exchange workflows.

I built websites and mobile applications for clients using PHP, CMS tools, and hybrid mobile technologies. Projects included a restaurant ordering system, a Drupal events website, and a corporate WordPress site.
