Senior QA Engineer

I structured the QA program from scratch for six products, including a foreign-exchange platform, back-office applications built with Next.js, a .NET 8 backend, a Python service, a partner portal, and an AI copilot. I implemented risk-based test strategy, acceptance-criteria traceability, and regression policies.

I scaled CI automation to approximately 3,400 tests using Playwright E2E with TypeScript, Vitest, Testing Library, MSW, xUnit, and NSubstitute, reducing manual execution to 3.5%. I eliminated flakiness in the critical E2E suite through resilient global setup and deterministic network-response waits.

I introduced escape rate tracking, reduced production-defect rates per sprint from 83% to 20%, and corrected CI quality gates to block failed tests. I automated REST API and contract validation, validated SQL persistence, integrated Datadog Error Tracking with Azure DevOps, and built AI-supported failure classification and triage automations.

I developed and maintained RPA robots for regulatory and supplementary healthcare operations. My work covered process assessment, technical design, testing, approval, and production support.

I implemented monitoring routines and exception handling for business and system failures. These automations supported processing continuity and compliance for medical transactions.

I developed and supported enterprise automations using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Python for financial, logistics, and service-sector clients. I performed process assessments and supported testing and approval activities.

I delivered an automation that reduced insurance consolidation processing time from seven days to one day. I focused on stable robot operation, operational success, and sustainable production support.

I developed and monitored RPA robots and automation workflows in an international shared-services center. I used Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Catalytic, OutSystems, and Power BI.

I automated data reconciliation, management reporting, and service workflows. These solutions reduced manual effort and shortened request cycle times.

I managed assets and access controls while beginning my automation career in 2018. I developed my first automation robots using Automation Anywhere, OutSystems, and Catalytic.

The role strengthened my understanding of administrative processes, operational controls, and process mapping. It established the foundation for my later RPA development and quality automation work.

I supported fiscal and administrative activities, including shipping audits and report generation with SAP and RedPrairie. I also contributed to process mapping initiatives.
