I am a junior developer with 15 months of experience across IT infrastructure, technical support, and internal software development. I focus on PHP, SQL, and process automation, combining development skills with hands-on knowledge of business operations.
I designed and deployed an IT asset and Office license inventory system that is currently used by my company. I built it from scratch using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, covering requirements gathering, data modeling, development, deployment, and post-release support.
My technical support background has given me practical experience resolving approximately 50 daily Level 2 tickets involving workstations, servers, corporate applications, user accounts, and connectivity. This operational perspective helps me identify recurring issues and automate high-value processes.
I have experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including user onboarding and offboarding, security groups, role profiles, and license management. I have also supported VPN access, corporate antivirus policies, routers, switches, load balancers, and endpoint configuration.
In my current junior developer role, I restore and improve production functionality in a corporate application, resolve bugs in legacy third-party code, and integrate external REST services. I validate endpoints with Postman and produce technical documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams to reduce dependency on undocumented knowledge.
