Guidance and Counselling Graduate

I am a dedicated and adaptable Guidance and Counselling graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Education background from the University of Lagos. I am passionate about supporting individuals, building positive relationships, and contributing to organizational success through professionalism and empathy.

I have experience in sales promotion, event support, customer engagement, and product communication. Through my roles with Nescafé Nigeria and Munch IT Company, I developed the ability to welcome customers, respond to enquiries, promote products, and support event coordination.

I bring strong communication, active listening, interpersonal relationship management, and conflict-resolution skills. I am comfortable engaging with diverse people and providing clear, respectful, and helpful support.

I am organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative duties such as record keeping, time management, and maintaining an orderly work environment. I also have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

I am a collaborative team player who can also work independently under pressure. I am committed to continuous learning, personal development, and applying my counselling principles to deliver meaningful customer and organizational support.
