Senior Data Analytics Engineer

I design and own analytics transformation layers and KPI models supporting workforce planning, finance, talent acquisition, and professional services decisions. I build modeled data products from Lever, Tempo, Jira, HubSpot, HRIS, NetSuite, and Oracle Analytics Warehouse data, serving more than 20 production applications. My work includes SQL and SuiteQL models, entity hierarchies, semantic KPI definitions, financial and compensation forecasting, and a WorkGraph Explorer linking engagements, sales orders, milestones, epics, stories, people, and worklogs.

I build governance and reliability controls including schema validation, duplicate-header checks, data freshness monitoring, reconciliation audits, source-to-field lineage, metric dictionaries, RBAC, and data minimization. I engineer scheduled API pipelines with pagination, incremental extraction, backoff, retries, caching, and dependency-ordered jobs. I also architect verified AI workflows using Claude Code and Google Gemini, with automated testing, evidence traceability, full-diff reviews, and human review controls for AI-generated recommendations.

I built staffing plans and Full-Time Equivalent requirements using call-volume, Average Handle Time, and shrinkage forecasts. I supported operational workforce planning across six concurrent accounts.

I reallocated staff in real time based on changing operational demand and service requirements. This role strengthened my forecasting, capacity planning, and business decision-support experience.

I supported the First American account as a Customer Service Representative. I developed customer operations experience while working remotely.

I completed an internal analytics bootcamp, which led to my promotion into workforce planning. This transition established my path into analytics and workforce management.

I was promoted within 12 months from Customer Service Representative to Workforce Real-Time Analyst. I monitored schedule adherence, SLA compliance, overtime, and interval-level staffing requirements.

I supported MetLife and Hotels.com operations, providing real-time analysis to help teams maintain service performance. The role built my foundation in operational analytics, workforce metrics, and real-time decision support.

Expected graduation in December 2026. Final project focuses on data governance and RBAC architecture for a production talent-contribution dashboard.
