Senior Full Stack Engineer

I joined RelishIQ as a Full Stack Engineer and later expanded into senior technical ownership while continuing hands-on engineering work. I architected a cloud-native SaaS platform on AWS from 0 to 1 using Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, SQS, EventBridge, RDS, and CloudWatch, contributing to the company's first successful product launch.

I build and maintain Node.js REST APIs with TypeScript and JavaScript, along with React front ends. I implemented CloudWatch monitoring and alerting, mentor junior developers on coding standards and AWS practices, and guide a seven-member engineering team through enterprise troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

I created bi-directional HubSpot CRM and Azure DevOps automation to improve ticket routing and engineering handoffs. I also designed escalation workflows and internal tooling, collaborated with Product, QA, and UI/UX teams in Agile delivery, and served as the primary technical liaison for Foot Locker and United Airlines.

I delivered full-cycle web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. I also built hybrid mobile applications with Angular and TypeScript.

I integrated third-party APIs, designed and maintained SQL stored procedures, views, and scheduled jobs, and supported client delivery activities, including international on-site work.

I developed healthcare modules using ASP.NET and C#, using VB.NET where required. I supported production testing and state reporting activities.

I wrote SQL queries and reports to support compliance requirements and contributed to the maintenance of production systems.
