I am a systems analyst and university professor with more than 20 years of experience in technology, user experience, and Design Thinking. My work combines technical knowledge, teaching, and human-centered design to create more usable and inclusive digital experiences.
I specialize in UX research, including user interviews, surveys, personas, user journeys, and usability testing. I use research findings to define problems, guide design decisions, and improve digital products around real user needs.
I have a strong focus on digital accessibility, inclusive design, WCAG guidelines, and assistive technologies. I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker and can evaluate and test Portuguese-language digital content for accessibility and usability.
I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Design at CESAR School, with a focus on UX, user-centered design, accessibility, design research, and innovation. I also have academic and professional foundations in systems analysis, information systems, database design, and SQL.
As a university professor, I coordinate extension projects, mentor students, supervise final-year projects, and facilitate interdisciplinary learning experiences. I lead workshops and projects using Design Thinking, World Café, Sprint, Agile, and Kanban methods.
I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting innovation through practical, inclusive, and user-centered approaches. My goal is to contribute my UX, accessibility, technology, facilitation, and teaching expertise to meaningful digital initiatives.
