Built and operates self-hosted AI-native engineering infrastructure for personal and client projects. Designed a delivery model where coding agents create pull requests while external CI gates, deterministic checks, and human approval control production changes.

Created MCP servers, evaluation workflows, a self-hosted LLM gateway, agent-setup linting, market-data pipelines, secret scanning, monitoring, backups, and traced LLM usage. The platform uses Python, TypeScript, Docker, Postgres, GitHub Actions, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.

Improved Android reliability by reducing the user-perceived crash rate from approximately 7.5% to 0.4% through hardened WorkManager, lifecycle, and null-safety paths measured with Android vitals.

Made architecture and quality requirements enforceable through feature-module dependency rules, baseline-controlled push checks, mutation testing gates, and an MCP-based delivery process that protects credentials and untrusted tool output.

Worked for five years on Tequila Matchmaker, an Android product with more than 100,000 Google Play downloads. Migrated the Java codebase to Kotlin and Clean Architecture.

Managed Android releases and Google Play Console operations, using Kotlin, Java, Room, Retrofit, GraphQL, and Firebase.

Lead a team of three engineers and own technical strategy for a founder-led startup serving church communities. Direct the React Native application's architecture, weekly technical decisions, and production delivery.

Established an AI-native SDLC with a spec-gated MCP server, CI gates, code-owner approval, Jest testing, Maestro E2E testing, and mutation testing enforced on main.

Built most of the Flutter passenger application and React Native driver application for an airport taxi service. Resolved App Store rejection issues and shipped Google and Apple social login plus NetPay 3DS payments behind feature flags.

Diagnosed a production-only 3DS payment failure using logs and processor documentation, fixed the deeper backend cause, and validated it with a controlled production canary. Also built monitoring, smoke tests, push alerts, and an APK release pipeline.

Worked on two AI-powered family applications within Panasonic's innovation team. Developed Flutter clients backed by Supabase Edge Functions and Postgres, including LLM extraction from text, photos, and voice.

Contributed to the design of the FastAPI backend. The contract ended when Panasonic closed the division.

Developed features for the Flutter application of a global consumer product within a modular BLoC-based codebase. Built the paginated activity center, file upload, Go Live banner, user blocking, and location-based discovery.

Improved the monorepo GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows and worked with Flutter, Dart, TypeScript, Nx, and widget tests.

Built a Flutter wallet and mobile banking application with native Android and iOS features exposed through platform channels. Took over an existing codebase and prepared it for banking launch.

Introduced the first automated test suite, supported OWASP compliance and release management, and protected existing payment and authentication behavior with tests before making changes.

Worked on customer acquisition for Nubank Mexico in a Flutter monorepo supporting millions of users. Delivered invite-request, onboarding, unauthenticated, savings, and referral flows.

Shipped functionality across Flutter, iOS, and Android, created native bridges for Flutter platform capabilities, and worked against the application's BFF through internal Clojure tooling.
