Senior Software QA Engineer

I work with a leading Australian digital agency to deliver high-quality web and Salesforce solutions through manual, automation, and AI-assisted testing. I collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders during Agile sprint cycles to support successful project delivery.

My testing work includes functional, regression, integration, API, database, UI/UX, accessibility, SEO, and CMS validation. I use Playwright with TypeScript, Postman, SQL, JAWS, Lighthouse, axe, Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ROVO AI.

I ensured the quality and successful delivery of client websites and digital marketing solutions for a brand management company. I performed requirement analysis and worked closely with cross-functional teams to validate expected system behavior.

I conducted manual, functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and accessibility testing. I used JAWS, Lighthouse, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale while following SDLC and STLC practices.

I performed end-to-end software quality assurance for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. My responsibilities included test planning, test execution, defect management, stakeholder coordination, data validation, and release validation.

During an overseas deployment from March 2016 to November 2017, I tested Dialpad web, mobile, and native applications using the Japanese Telephony System. I performed integration testing for builds and releases, verified defects and enhancements, and created test cases and test data. I also supported projects including e-learning, point-of-sale, insurance, smart tracking, and image processing systems.

I developed, tested, and maintained Electronic Data Interchange solutions that supported business-to-business data exchange across industry-standard formats. I collaborated with analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to implement client requirements and support successful transaction processing.

My work included EDI mapping, data transformation, unit testing, test case creation, test data preparation, business requirements analysis, integration testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance support. I worked with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA, and RosettaNet formats.
