Sales Manager

I am a sales and customer service professional with experience in insurance sales, logistics dispatching, and client communication. I work confidently with customers in English and Ukrainian and focus on clear, helpful communication.

In my role at MetLife Ukraine, I presented and sold insurance products, calculated insurance premium plans, and managed business mailing. I supported customers throughout the sales process and explained product options clearly.

I also have experience as a dispatcher in the North American traffic and cargo market. I coordinated routing, communicated with drivers and customers, worked with factoring and trucking companies, handled invoicing processes, and provided customer support.

I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse clients and partners. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments that require organization, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Alongside my professional experience, I study design and landscaping and have experience conducting family, children’s, couples’, private, and commercial photoshoots. I am interested in developing my sales, customer relations, logistics, and creative skills.
