Senior Software Engineer

I own the technical design and implementation of backend systems for digital marketplace and network inventory platforms. I translated subscription-lifecycle architecture into service interactions, subscription status models, Kafka event contracts, and end-to-end implementation, while reviewing SIT test cases with QA to close coverage gaps before release.

I engineered a live transmission topology for a nationwide inventory spanning more than 6,000 sites and automated multi-vendor network link discovery through LLDP and IS-IS. I also built Redis-backed impact analysis that reduced failure-impact response times from minutes to seconds, and optimized large report exports through asynchronous processing and file streaming.

I lead code reviews and mentor four junior and intern developers. I also introduced Claude and Cursor into daily engineering workflows for coding, unit testing, and code review.

I developed and secured backend services for international telecom self-care platforms, including customer and enterprise authentication, SMS and email OTP, Argon2 password hashing, password policies, and account recovery. I delivered billing and payment APIs for bill history, payments, PIN recharge, and balance transfer, improving performance through Redis caching and database indexing.

I built a seven-microservice API translation layer that exposed REST APIs over a legacy SOAP charging platform, enabling modern digital channels to perform subscriber, recharge, promotion, and transaction operations. I also developed a UAT test-management platform with test-case creation, manual execution, live dashboards, automated execution evidence, and two-way Jira synchronization.

I delivered cloud BSS billing operations and React modules for an MVNO billing portal. Across my services, I maintained more than 80% unit-test coverage using JUnit and Mockito and resolved SonarQube quality and security findings.

I owned ongoing development and production support for a large-scale loyalty and rewards platform, including its administration portal and APIs. I delivered new features, investigated production incidents, and helped maintain platform stability.

I expanded reward redemption capabilities to include data packs, voice bundles, and card payments. I also automated personalized reminder messages to improve user engagement.

I built full-stack features for an enterprise rewards administration portal using Ext JS, PHP, and MySQL. My work covered both frontend functionality and backend data-driven features.

I earned a full-time Associate Software Engineer role within seven months based on my delivery and contribution to the platform.
