Senior Project Manager

I lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise applications into the Global Adjustment Inventory (GAI 2.0) platform, supporting regulatory requirements and centralized adjustment reporting. I manage multiple workstreams across Business, Technology, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, and system-owner teams.

I facilitate discovery and requirements sessions, define scope and technical prerequisites, and coordinate SIT and pre-UAT readiness. I manage Jira work items, governance documentation, production releases, risks, dependencies, data-feed issues, stakeholder updates, and leadership escalations using Agile and SDLC delivery practices.

I led end-to-end delivery of the Workday Central Login implementation, managing scope, schedule, quality, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

I coordinated technical dependencies and partnered with Finance to design, implement, test, and document SOX controls. I managed control testing, evidence collection, Jira execution, project plans, milestones, risks, change requests, and senior-management communications.

I led onboarding and integration initiatives for new businesses into Global Finance Services across North America and Latin America. I partnered with global functional teams and the Costa Rica Finance Hub on continuous improvement, process alignment, and service-delivery initiatives.

I managed projects from initiation through completion, establishing scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, governance, and stakeholder engagement. I also designed operational processes and applied Agile and Lean methods to identify automation and improvement opportunities.

I led and supported process migration and transformation initiatives, including the Retirement Plan Project for the FRSS Global Regulatory Group.

I identified process-improvement opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards. I partnered with senior management to define business requirements, improve organizational processes, and enable sustainable change across business and specialist teams.

I oversaw financial operations for an organization with more than $500M in annual spending and managed a team of 10 finance professionals. I led financial and system implementation projects across cross-functional teams.

I drove financial process optimization, audit support, SOX control design and monitoring, CAPEX/OPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and compliant financial reporting.

I led process improvement, enhancement, cost-reduction, tool-design, SOP, job-aid, and process-migration initiatives for payment operations.

I developed project plans, KPI structures, process controls, and continuous-improvement opportunities using SIPOC and Why-Why methodologies. I served as a process expert and escalation point supporting operations across Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia, Latin America, and North America.

I coordinated internal resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. I defined project objectives with stakeholders, developed detailed plans, managed changes, and monitored delivery performance.

I led risk management, stakeholder communications, project documentation, resource allocation, and escalation activities. I also developed spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document business and project requirements.
