I build and ship AI features and tools for client companies, translating ambiguous requirements into working, production-ready software.

I built evaluation loops and regression tests for a Claude-based product to identify quality degradation caused by prompt or model changes, finding and fixing seven gaps. I use Claude Code daily for development, debugging, and delivery, and release internal tools through Git-backed development, staging, and production environments.

I built an LLM document-extraction pipeline for supplier invoices that applies validation and fallback logic, matches invoices to purchase orders, and posts bills to accounting systems. The solution replaced a failing paid tool.

I also built an AI customer-service reply agent using live order data and integrated AI automations with Shopify, CRM, and Xero. I migrated 71 workflows to self-hosted n8n on Docker and DigitalOcean, added a live monitoring dashboard, and helped save more than $40,000 annually by reducing manual work. The original full-time role ran through December 2024, followed by a part-time maintenance and new-build contract from January 2025.

I built Ask AI product features integrating ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok.

I also implemented lead-generation and retention automations using Zapier, Klaviyo, and Typeform.

I built internal tools using Retool and MongoDB and developed React and Redux product features.

I automated workflows across HubSpot, Zapier, and Apify to support operational processes.

I automated recurring reporting workflows using Python and Google Apps Script.

I also built operational dashboards to improve reporting visibility and support business operations.
