Reassumed ownership of LIVE! Experience, an exercise and running-events product spanning a React Native application, Vue web interfaces, and Laravel backend services.

Consolidated five repositories into a monorepo, improving code organization, component reuse, technical documentation, and maintainability. Introduced unit and end-to-end test coverage for account creation, login, registrations, payments, changes, and cancellations.

Adapted the platform for three languages and international participants, including Brazilian tax ID and address assumptions. Built a guided partner dashboard for event creation, internal review, approval, editing workflows, and Laravel backend functionality including migrations, models, controllers, and middleware.

Combined hands-on Vue 3 and Laravel development with leadership of frontend and mobile teams for a CRM and sales force automation product.

Built a customer-facing AI agent that enabled users to analyze data, generate reports, consult rankings, cross-reference information, and create or retrieve calendar items through chat. Implemented functionality to extract handwritten spreadsheet data from photographs into records.

Delivered web and mobile push notifications, an internal engineering metrics system, and an administrative dashboard. Led teams of 4 to 7 developers, reaching approximately 14 across two teams, while conducting one-on-ones, performance reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and architecture discussions.

Took LIVE! Experience from a basic proof of concept to a production application as its sole developer, implementing business rules and maintaining the product through its initial lifecycle.

Developed a hybrid mobile application using Vue 2, Quasar, and Capacitor, supported by PHP, Laravel, and Node.js services for exercise content, running activities, and event registration.

Implemented request caching middleware with invalidation for the B2C e-commerce platform, increasing peak capacity from roughly 300 concurrent users before outages to approximately 1,000. Also built a B2B live commerce platform, POS-integrated cashback system, influencer coupon revenue sharing, and store-to-e-commerce integrations.

Served as the company's sole developer, owning discovery, estimates, interface design, implementation, client demonstrations, production releases, and ongoing support.
