I own the end-to-end mobile function as the sole mobile developer, covering architecture, feature delivery, native module work, release automation, and App Store and Google Play deployment.

I migrated the application to the React Native New Architecture, audited and patched native dependencies, and completed a full redesign while parallel feature delivery continued. I also built performant virtualized data interfaces with custom caching to support smooth scrolling.

I maintain Expo upgrades and native-library patches, configure iOS universal links and Android app links, and manage Sentry, PostHog, OTA updates, and CI/CD. I modernized the codebase with TypeScript and React Query, automated QA through Maestro tests, and use an AI-assisted workflow with code review and device testing before release.

I helped retrofit a single-tenant storefront into a multi-tenant architecture serving more than 35 global markets from a unified runtime bundle.

I engineered a dynamic React layout system that rendered CMS-defined Sitecore content blocks for market-specific page compositions. I also supported a major live-production global rebrand while feature work continued.

I introduced automated visual regression testing with Storybook and Chromatic in the CI pipeline. I simplified application state by replacing Redux Saga with React Query for server state and Jotai for local state.

I architected a greenfield React Native platform that produced multiple distinctly branded applications from a single codebase.

I delivered hardware-to-software rental workflows involving payment SDKs, real-time trip tracking, BLE communication, custom native Bluetooth capabilities, QR-code vehicle unlocking, and point-in-time geolocation validation.

I improved telematics by moving dynamic active-trip data from long polling to WebSockets. I consolidated four codebases into a monorepo and created Fastlane pipelines for automated builds and releases across eight app-store listings.

For getPony, I took a React Native product from an unwired design shell to public release as the sole mobile developer. I implemented backend-connected features, BLE vehicle unlocking, payment integration, trip history, and App Store and Google Play submissions.

I subsequently helped rebuild the product as a multi-tenant platform, which became Movium.

I architected and developed a REST API backend for schulverwaltung.de, a high-traffic administration portal for German kindergartens and schools.

I optimized frontend components to support the portal's performance and usability requirements.

I integrated automated API documentation generation from source code using apiGen, enabling faster iteration and clearer API collaboration.

I led architecture work for Media Reader, an early iPhone application built with Titanium that consumed Drupal content and retained it on-device for offline reading.

I owned both the mobile application architecture and the Drupal-side API used by the app.

I also contributed architecture, initial documentation, and Drupal API work for the Skapat Energia intranet/extranet, as well as an admin UI for the Teleste Luminato streaming server.

I led the frontend team for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs web estate, built on Sitecore.

I established frontend workflows, coding standards, and architecture, and coordinated the interface between frontend and backend teams.

I defined implementation patterns for dynamic AJAX functionality and Google Maps API integration within CMS-managed, server-rendered Sitecore pages.

I designed and implemented the JavaScript architecture for a browser map API and contributed to the underlying map algorithms and API documentation.

I progressed from developer to lead for the map API work and then the web team over two and a half years.

My responsibilities included participation in the maps API architecture committee and a period serving as scrum master.

This role established my server-side engineering foundation and involved direct client contact, technical estimation, and delivery responsibilities from the start.
