Head of Development | PHP / Laravel / Ruby on Rails

I lead the programming department and coordinate development, support, and rollout of the internal Dash business platform. I make technical decisions and combine engineering management with hands-on implementation.

I develop business logic using PHP 8 and Laravel, build REST/JSON APIs, and work with MySQL through Eloquent ORM. I use Laravel Horizon for high-volume background processing and implement role-based access and authorization with Laravel Passport.

I create workspaces, forms, tables, and administrative tools with Blade, JavaScript, and Filament. I integrate SugarCRM, Zoho, Kixie, PBX, TimeDoctor, and When I Work, consolidating CRM, telephony, time-tracking, and shift data.

I automate reporting, KPI workflows, surveys, and shift accounting. I also develop AI call-evaluation and data-analysis capabilities using OpenAI API, Ollama, and n8n, including prompt versioning and request-cost optimization.

I developed and maintained web projects for clients in the United States and European countries. I independently organized delivery work and communicated directly with customers.

I built backend functionality with PHP, Laravel, and Ruby on Rails, worked with MySQL, and integrated third-party services. I created and modernized Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, and Magento projects, while building interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git-based workflows.

Developed, maintained, and modernized websites and web applications. Implemented server-side logic, database functionality, and client-side features.

Worked with PHP, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Developed and enhanced projects using Drupal, WordPress, Magento, and Joomla, applying MVC, OOP, Git, and SVN.

Worked as a warehouse specialist until 2018 and subsequently as Deputy Head of the Administrative and Economic Department.

Coordinated a team of up to 12 employees, logistics operations, and provisioning of technical teams performing special communications work throughout Ukraine.

Held procurement, supply-chain, warehouse, and operational management roles at organizations including Prostі Rechi, Vist Service, Audit Firm Kupol, Viknaservis, Hrudnyk-Ukraine, and Pozhezhni Spravy.

Managed procurement and logistics processes and led teams of approximately 5 to 10 employees in selected management roles.

Currently studying at the bachelor's level. Previous education focused on organization of services in hotels and tourism complexes.
