Executive Keynote Speaker and Corporate AI Training Leader

I deliver weekly AI training sessions via Zoom and in person for corporate teams, small business owners, educators, authors, and ministry leaders. My sessions cover AI literacy, practical AI use, prompt development, research, graphics, app building, workflow design, and AI agent development.

I teach participants to build apps, AI agents, skills, and multi-agent systems supporting marketing, operations, and client experience. I coach leaders on responsible adoption through human oversight, output verification, and clear standards for AI-assisted work, using live demonstrations and guided exercises tied to real workflows.

I lead the company that assumed DFG Publishing House operations in 2023, directing publishing, AI training, coaching, and media initiatives. I oversee relationship development and strategic growth across the organization.

I launched the Nexus AI Training & Development Division in 2025 to provide AI literacy, workforce readiness, and implementation training. I drive business development through partnerships, speaking platforms, grassroots outreach, and paid campaigns, while leading the Groomed for Greatness Project and coaching the Faith, Funding & the Female Founder cohort.

I founded and led an independent publishing house for two decades, serving more than 1,000 authors and supporting numerous bestselling titles. I guided authors through manuscript development, production, publishing strategy, and launch.

As Editor in Chief, I established editorial standards and delivered author coaching. I began adopting paid AI-enabled publishing tools in 2018, building practical experience with AI-assisted production before transitioning publishing operations to JCameron International Publishing Boutique LLC in 2023.

I managed and grew a financial-services book of business exceeding $7 million, supporting client retention, risk alignment, and revenue stability.

I developed marketing strategies that generated new business and mentored and trained new agents to strengthen team performance.

I partnered with district leadership on operations, communications, strategic planning, and community-impact initiatives. I was selected for the district Bond Steering Committee and led engagement efforts that increased participation.

I provided extensive writing support to students and designed entrepreneurship and financial literacy curriculum for more than 200 students. The program culminated in student pitches to local angel investors and business leaders.

I served across multiple K-12 campuses during three school years as a long-term substitute teacher. I taught journalism to ninth through twelfth grade students at Alief Hastings High School during the 2021 to 2022 school year.

I also led production of the school's 50th anniversary yearbook for a high school serving more than 5,000 students.
