Automation Developer (AI & Web)

Built and deployed an internal automation system from scratch for a manufacturing company. The system was adopted in regular operations by approximately 10 employees.

Connected Google Sheets and an internal CRM through n8n workflows and custom JavaScript, automating reporting and recurring checks across customer data, parts availability, sales, and order fulfilment. Implemented Telegram support using a document-based RAG knowledge base, and led delivery from process audits and stakeholder requirements through design, mockups, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Built and maintained websites and web services for SMB clients, supporting approximately three to eight web-studio clients per month. Used AI-assisted development to convert client requests into website features, API integrations, and custom web application functionality.

Extended existing systems with CRM-style workflows, customer support capabilities, and completed-order reporting. Investigated defects, tested iterative fixes, and supported ongoing client delivery while working part-time concurrently with Sber employment.

Analysed SMB customer needs and supported onboarding for banking and digital products. Coordinated service requests and helped clients adopt relevant solutions.

Managed CRM records and reporting, using Excel pivot tables to analyse client and performance data. This role strengthened business analysis, requirements discovery, and stakeholder communication skills.

Managed full-cycle B2B client relationships for digital advertising and business solutions. Gathered customer requirements and translated them into commercial proposals.

Consistently achieved 100–150% of monthly sales quota. Developed experience in account management, customer communication, and aligning solutions with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Information Security of Telecommunications Systems.
