Global Operations and Business Operations Leader

I lead global, cross-functional operations across HR and talent acquisition, international logistics, business events, administration, procurement, vendor management, and operational governance. I coordinate teams, customers, vendors, and external partners across India, the USA, Europe, Japan, and other international markets.

I build SOPs, SLAs, approval workflows, trackers, and leadership dashboards to create scalable and measurable processes. I also drive vendor and cost optimisation, oversee people operations, manage domestic and cross-border logistics, execute corporate events, and report operational performance, risks, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.

I led sales and operations for an additive manufacturing and 3D printing business, setting team targets and implementing strategies to achieve commercial objectives. I monitored sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities while managing and motivating the sales team.

I developed relationships with key clients and partners, collaborated across departments to ensure smooth operations, and oversaw forecasting and budgeting. My responsibilities included supporting business growth, profitability, sales operations, compliance, and key account management.

I co-founded and managed a consulting business focused on strategic planning and business development. I built and managed cross-departmental teams and supported organisational growth initiatives.

I oversaw customer relationships across pre-sales, post-sales, and after-sales stages, while managing forecasting and budgeting processes. My role required hands-on cross-functional leadership and end-to-end client management.

I acquired new clients and managed retention for an existing client base. I developed and completed four franchise acquisitions while capturing customer requirements and coordinating delivery execution.

I managed a team of 15 recruiters and drove delivery against client requirements. I also researched products and market conditions, built professional networks, and identified new sales opportunities.
