Senior Software Engineer

I lead a cross-functional team of five engineers on the NeoPAT ERP platform, driving implementation, code quality, reviews, and production delivery. I also contribute hands-on to Python and FastAPI backend services for another product platform.

I designed and delivered platform-wide role-based access control, including permission hierarchies, backend authorization, role-management workflows, and frontend access control. I also built an AI mock-interview platform using real-time speech transcription, contextual conversation memory, and asynchronous evaluation pipelines.

I built a real-time placement notification system with the WhatsApp Business API, supporting communication workflows for more than 110,000 students and administrators. I migrated the complete student-facing mobile application experience to the web within one month, achieving feature parity and improving desktop accessibility.

I improved application performance through frontend refactoring and Meta Business API optimization, reducing API latency by 40% while lowering infrastructure overhead. I also strengthened production reliability by systematically debugging and remediating more than 200 high-impact frontend and backend issues.

I built automated drive reminders, push-notification workflows, and configurable client-specific engagement features that reduced manual operational effort.

I developed Automatic Drive Republisher and Live Action Centre workflows for real-time placement operations and improved data throughput. I also implemented IP-based access controls and QR-code verification mechanisms, reducing fraudulent access attempts by 95%.

I trained more than 105 students across three academic levels in C, C++, Machine Learning, and the MERN Stack.

I supported students in developing practical programming and web development skills through technical instruction and hands-on learning.
