Co-led the implementation of WorkView, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, supporting vendor evaluation, executing UAT, and driving adoption across more than 2,500 employees. Developed advanced Excel-based analytics, executive reporting, control-testing processes, and audit and examination tracking for more than 300 controls.

Directed an eight-member capacity-planning team supporting Fraud and Claims operations for approximately 4,500 employees across U.S. and international locations. Coordinated workloads, continuity planning, international staffing, site strategy, and cost-savings decisions during significant organizational change.

Partnered with colleagues to reconstruct a fragmented monthly reporting process involving approximately 15 Microsoft Access databases, Excel models, macros, and undocumented business logic. Preserved critical reporting continuity and supported redesign of capacity models and underlying data structures for future automation.

Established core processes, tracking tools, and execution procedures for a newly formed Home Lending remediation team, accelerating operational readiness by six weeks.

Developed shared-resource forecasting models and coordinated workload planning across Home Lending organizations representing approximately 2,500 personnel. Supported process improvement, workflow documentation, procedural governance, and cross-functional communication to improve consistency in remediation activities.
