Product Designer Lenza
Designed the B2B corporate messenger across desktop and mobile, owning work from research and benchmarking through prototyping, specifications, engineering handoff, QA collaboration, and release acceptance. Worked in a team with a product lead, developers, and QA, and occasionally led other designers.
Designed calls and voice rooms end to end, including group and P2P calls, voice channels, screen sharing, push-to-talk, recording, waiting rooms, guest links, device and connection-quality flows, and AI call notes. Designed Lenza Arena, a Discord-like community platform with servers, channels, roles, voice rooms, onboarding, permissions, and server-boost monetization; it was released in about a month and contributed to an estimated twofold audience increase.
Designed the Spaces task module with boards, lists, inboxes, filters, chat-to-task creation, automations, bots, mobile flows, and task states. Built and audited the design system, including tokens, master components, desktop and mobile rules, documentation, and AI-agent workflows; audited approximately 30 legacy component groups and improved naming, size grids, and variants.
Contributed to numerous features and integrations, including video messages, secret chats, scheduled messages, polls, translation, Lenza Plus, plans, SSO, Email, Telegram, MAX, and Google Calendar integrations. Adapted the messenger for the Digital Krasnodar project, including emergency notifications.
