Delivered 260 detailed temple guides with English and Hindi localization, producing more than 520 indexed pages with bilingual URLs, sitemap support, and Open Graph sharing. Built installable mobile-first devotional utilities including festival guides, an aarti collection, and a Hindu calendar.

Expanded the platform into bookable travel services by launching a chauffeur-driven cab booking service in Lucknow for airport transfers, sightseeing, and outstation travel, including fleet listings and self-service booking management.

Led a team of 8, comprising 6 iOS/Android engineers and 2 QA professionals, delivering 100% on-time releases across 8 consecutive sprints. Owned quarterly roadmaps, backlog refinement, and cross-team dependency resolution for platform components used by 18 product teams.

Led the mobile Design System across iOS and Android, standardizing components, theming, and accessibility patterns. Architected a cross-platform Telemetry SDK that streamed crash rates, launch time, frame drops, and ANRs to Honeycomb, reducing regression detection time by approximately 70%.

Built an autonomous AI-assisted triage pipeline using Cursor AI, App Store Connect, Play Console, Crashlytics, and Honeycomb data. Improved telemetry controls, feature-flag lifecycle governance, Kotlin Multiplatform analytics, SDK promotion workflows, and CI/CD reliability.

Architected the KBC Interactive SDK for live-TV viewer participation at approximately 2 million concurrent users, synchronized to broadcast through MQTT. Reused the same design for Shark Tank India without modifications.

Designed a reusable LightStreamer real-time communication layer sustaining approximately 800,000 concurrent connections, with reconnection and graceful-degradation behavior. Led a cross-functional team of 12, including 9 iOS engineers and 3 QA professionals, serving tens of millions of monthly active users.

Improved iOS cold-start time by approximately 18%, reduced the Hybrid SDK bundle by 12 MB, drove an MVVM-to-VIPER migration across around 40 modules, and managed approximately 24 zero-incident App Store releases.
