Senior Python Engineer / Full-Stack ML Engineer

I serve as the sole engineer for two production platforms, owning architecture, data pipelines, machine learning, backend services, frontend development, cloud deployment, and releases. I designed and built a multi-tenant analytics and forecasting platform that normalizes incompatible third-party feeds, manages versioned revisions and idempotent reprocessing, and continuously scores competing forecasting models against actuals.

I built an operator interface with dashboards, time-series charts, alerting, anomaly detection, and human confirmation for plan-changing actions. I also created a document-understanding pipeline that extracts structured contract terms, uses an ensemble of NLP models and an integrator for consistent readings, and applies automated evaluation gates and shadow deployment before promoting models.

I provision and operate cloud servers, implement tagged release workflows, expand-contract database migrations, CI checks for breaking changes, and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana. I also authored the ownership model, review process, and onboarding documentation for an additional engineer.

I developed the first working version of a procurement monitoring system as an independent initiative while leading a business line. The system entered daily use and later evolved into the production platform described in my engineering work.

I applied procurement-domain expertise to automate monitoring workflows and create a practical foundation for data-driven operational decision-making.

I led a department and dedicated business line in Ukraine's public-procurement sector. My responsibilities included process design, analytics, work with procurement platforms, and collaboration with counterparties.

This role deepened the domain knowledge that I later used to design and build procurement automation solutions.

Completed military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
