IT Network Administrator / Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

I am an IT Network Administrator and Network Technician with five years of experience supporting multi-site enterprise infrastructure across routing, switching, firewalls, unified communications, virtualization, and monitoring.

I configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, including VLANs, routing, subnetting, multi-WAN connectivity, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless point-to-point links. I have supported geographically distributed locations and resolved complex connectivity, ISP, RF, and network-performance issues.

I administer security and systems platforms including FortiGate, Peplink, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Linux, and Zscaler. My work includes access hardening, firewall policy management, incident investigation, and least-privilege administration.

I also manage enterprise VoIP environments, including SIP provisioning, PBX administration, LDAP integration, dial plans, DNS changes, and SIP/RTP troubleshooting. I use monitoring platforms and SNMP to maintain service visibility and restore affected infrastructure.

In addition to infrastructure operations, I build Python and API-driven automation workflows, deploy web services, produce network diagrams and technical runbooks, and coordinate equipment procurement. I also provide freelance graphic design and video editing services and operate an IT equipment resale business.
