Project Coordinator

Review electric and gas designs to determine work taking place and determine municipality work will take place in, fill out application and send in. Make sure to stay in contact with municipalities to endure permit is on track, answer any questions needed. Make sure all data in system is imputed and correct for each permit.

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Ensuring project deadlines are met. Providing administrative support as needed. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. Monitoring the daily progress of projects. Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders. Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
