-Shipyard Safety training and instructor
-Manage over 70 employees
-Responsible for development and oversight of compliance to include Department of Defense coordination with other governing bodies to ensure clean compliance audits.
-Perform orientations, training, and support systems for onboarding new employees and supporting the transition of employees.
-Conduct interviews for coordinator assistant
-Provide support to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and payroll.
-Counsel employees about work or job site-related issues.
-Create and manage all confidential employee records.
-Schedule required outside training, medicals, and drug tests.
-Manage I-9's and E-Verifies
-Conduct Audit/ Safety inspections to shipyards in Hampton roads area
-Manage day-to-day client interaction and client expectations
-Prepare, manage, and extend Employment Offer letters.
-Develop and manage employee tracking tools (Excel and Adapt Suite).
-Maintain that all onboarding is completed in accordance to state and company policy.
-Liaison between AmeriForce branch operations, customer and employees
-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify needs
-Recruit personnel based on client needs
-Use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the application process.
-Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees
-Prepare client-specific job descriptions, post ads, and schedule interviews.
-Inform applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, and working conditions.
-Review resumes prior to client submittal.
-Conduct interviews alongside clients to maximize results and assure clients needs are met
-Submit resumes directly to Hiring Managers or company-specific software portals.
