Implementation Project Manager

Lead payroll, benefits, and HCM system implementation projects and improvement initiatives. Interpret data from CRM systems to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and
within budget.
Spearhead the training and product adoption of new client end users. Ensure timely transition of clients to account management function after go-live all while maintaining client/customer satisfaction.
Working independently and with minimal supervision on a variety of implementation projects. Coordinating tasks and looping in additional subject matter experts when needed.

Perform current state analysis and needs assessment of client business processes to create efficient ADP based product packages.
Create and manage the implementation project schedule according to client requirements. Ensure implementation projects stay within scope and within budget.
Deliver post go-live product training to clients end users to ensure proper navigation and input of payroll data for employee payroll processing.
Managed 30+ software implementation products to completion, including payroll setup, capital
management and administration.

Managed provider relationships including assisting with benefits pre-authorizations and claims status.
Assisted members with common benefits related questions including insurance plan coverage.
Ensured proper documentation of calls and referrals to appropriate departments internally.

Led in-store campaigns to create customer friendly environment and improve store functionality.
Manage employee schedules, opening and closing of stores, and handling of accounting.

Led improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies within medical center business operations.
Ensured patient charts were updated and follow up appointments were made.
