Recruiter

- @hotel is a Series A startup where I was given the opportunity to be the first Recruiter to join the team and implement new talent management systems and processes for the company
- Assists with identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for all job requisitions
- Meets with hiring managers to determine their hiring needs and collaborate to create precise job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies
- Uses various methods to source potential candidates such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Wellfound, and other online job boards
- Facilitates Zoom interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability for the position Assist in negotiating salaries and benefits packages when extending offers to candidates
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company polices throughout the recruitment process

*This is an ongoing contract that will transition into part-time starting on September 25, 2023.

- Full lifecycle recruitment for all company requisitions including, but not limited to talent sourcing, screening, selecting, and offer negotiations
- Responsible for maintaining multiple tracking and reporting spreadsheets related to employee onboarding and offboarding, employment data, contract agreements, and more
- Handled all I-9 verifications and facilitate background checks in compliance with current policies and procedures for all incoming new hires
- Hosted New Hire Orientation as needed to help create a positive and enjoyable experience for all incoming employees
- Assisted with budgeting and contract renewals for the Talent Acquisition team
- Built several recruitment pipelines and rehire processes from start to finish to help improve the overall efficiency of our hiring efforts

Position was eliminated at the end of July 2023 due to a company-wide workforce reduction

- Oversaw inventory levels for several areas along the East Coast and dispersed medical device equipment as needed, determining shipping methods based on cost versus need
- Coordinated a team of 75 service representatives for patient appointments and ensured work order metrics were being met accordingly
- Negotiated with contractors regarding fees for services ensuring the company is paying appropriate expenses
- Acted as a liaison between internal and external customers regarding medical equipment
- Assisted in the recruitment process for contracted Patient Service Representatives
