About

Professional summary

After graduating from the University of Kentucky, with a degree in economics, I worked for a boutique IT recruiting company. I spent five months as a Technical Recruiter, then was promoted to a Business Development Manager. While I served as BDM I decided to take a more analytical approach to our recruiting efforts. I used SQL, R, and Tableau to help make data-driven decisions regarding our recruiting. I am currently pursuing a Google: Data Analytics certification that has helped me improve my data analysis skills.

I am seeking a new position in a more analytics focused role.
