data for the renewal policy process

requests, loss run requests, generating COI’s, etc.

Prioritized incoming emails from agents, carriers and third parties

requests, certificates of insurance, renewals and undeliverable mail
● Clarified brokerage market direction based on risk characteristics
and information provided
